Loyalty Built Into the Customer Journey

Softlimit partnered with Little Miss Muffin to elevate their loyalty and review experience using Okendo. Instead of treating loyalty as an add-on, we integrated it into the full commerce stack — from storefront experience to POS workflows — so customers feel rewarded across touchpoints and choose to come back again and again.

The Challenge

Little Miss Muffin needed a loyalty solution that worked online and in store, was easy for staff to operate, and clearly tied into repeat purchase behavior. Prior tools didn’t provide enough flexibility or measurable impact on customer lifecycle.

Our Strategy

Softlimit implemented Okendo Loyalty and unified rewards logic across ecommerce and POS. We designed:

  • A seamless loyalty enrollment experience on site
  • Integrated earn & redeem across digital and physical channels
  • Loyalty incentives that aligned with customer behavior
  • On-site loyalty displays embedded into the UX
  • Tier benefits that encouraged deeper engagement

Once the program was live, Little Miss Muffin saw consistent, measurable engagement and stronger repeat purchase behavior:

    A meaningful percent of active shoppers chose to join the loyalty program.

    Nearly one in four enrolled members redeemed rewards, indicating real utility.
  • Repeat Purchase Lift
    50.2% of enrolled customers placed at least two orders, compared with 14.1% of non-enrolled customers, showing a 3.5x repeat behavior advantage for loyalty members.
  • Average Orders per Enrolled Member
    Loyalty members moved deeper into repeat behavior with an average of nearly 4 orders per customer.
  • Positive Review Momentum
    The Okendo Reviews platform supported ongoing social proof with high positive sentiment, reinforcing trust throughout the purchase funnel.
